Volánbusz, one of Central-Europe’s leading community transportation provider, wanted to get a clear picture about the online discussion that surrounds its services. Due to their country level operation, it’s a rather wide and atomized communication sphere
Solution
A Social Media Learning analysis was executed to enhance User Experience. It was based on 600 posts’ more than 20.000 reaction, during a 2 year period. We used both human and AI research. After making the credible assumptions, we turned to creating customer profiles and also made a thematic analysis about the positive and negative feedbacks the company had received.
